1. License type
Vox Bridge Studio is designed as a paid, closed-source desktop application. The buyer receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the software.
The entry model is a 7-day trial without a credit card, after which the user may decide to purchase a paid license. The trial includes 120 minutes of subtitle creation or translation, up to 15 videos, with a maximum of 60 minutes per video. Subtitle burn-in can be tested for up to 3 trial exports. The experimental Hungarian voice feature has a trial test allowance of up to 10 minutes. The trial is there so the workflow can be tested before purchase.
2. Activation
The software may use license-key activation. During activation the app may send the license key, device-bound identifier, license state, order ID or buyer e-mail to the license backend.
During the trial period, only the technical and state data necessary for operation should be processed.
3. Non-transferable use
The license is tied to the buyer. The key may not be shared publicly, sold, sublicensed or used to bypass activation controls.
4. Updates
Minor bug-fix updates are tied to the current major version. Major version upgrades, longer update periods or separate support packages are separate from this license.
5. Refunds
The 7-day trial exists so the workflow can be tested before purchase. For paid purchases, refund requests can be reviewed by e-mail within 7 days of purchase where there is a license-related issue or a clear mismatch with the described product.
6. Third-party components
The license does not grant separate rights to use third-party models, services or content.
7. Copyright and source material
The user is responsible for having the right to subtitle, translate, dub, store and share the source video.
8. Termination
The license may be terminated or revoked if the user breaches the terms or misuses the license key.
